Join our team as a Call Centre Administrator and you will discover why, at Specsavers, we pride ourselves on providing the foundation for exciting long-term careers.

For our stores to run like clockwork and to keep our patients at the heart of everything we do, we need sound support behind the scenes- and that is where you come in!

The successful applicant will be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration, answering & transferring calls, updating & filing records, processing invoices and sending out correspondence.

The aim is to provide a 1st class administrative service that will support our stores success. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team who can prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload, while maintaining accuracy & attention to detail.

If you are a natural when it comes to customer care, articulate and good with people, you will fit right in as a valuable member of our team.

Location – Ballymena
Working hours = 37 ½ hours per week (includes late nights and weekends)
Starting salary = £22,760 per annum.

Qualifications required = GCSE Maths & English Grades A-C or above (essential)
