Parking Information:

Park up and enjoy a day in Ballymena Town Centre, without worrying about where you’ve left the car!

Private Car Park:

Fairhill’s privately owned car park has designated disabled and family spaces as well as electric vehicle charging available within its demise

Family Spaces:

Located in surface carpark, rooftop carpark and levels 0, 2, 4 and 6 within the multistorey.

Disabled Spaces:

Located in surface carpark, rooftop carpark and levels 0, 2, and 6 within the multistorey

EV Charging Points:

There is 1 device and 2 connectors available at Fairhill Shopping Centre, Ballymena (BT43 6UF) which are free to use. These electric car charging points are operated under the ecar NI network and are located to the front of the centre in the carpark*.

Free Parking:

Free parking is available every Thursday and Friday evening from 6pm – 9pm. 

Location of pay stations should be noted in this section as well as pay by App option.

Parking Machine Locations:

5 locations, 7 machines
  • Opposite Uberfone on Next Mall – we could change this to beside toilets on the Next mall
  • 2 machines – at the ground floor lifts adjacent to the entrance to M&S foodhall (ground floor)
  • 2 machines – at the entrance to M&S in the multi-storey car park (first floor level)
  • At the exit to the car park via Broughshane street
  • At the lift lobby at the rooftop carpark

Need to withdraw cash? Use one of our cash machines to withdraw your money, check your balance and other services. Our cash machines are located in the following areas:

  • Ground Floor beside Boots
  • Ground Floor at Foodcourt stairs
  • Ground Floor in Carpark

First Aiders:

There are trained first aiders both within Fairhill’s management and throughout our stores. If you need assistance during your visit to Fairhill, contact a member of security who will bring you to a trained first aider. In the event of a fire, normal fire evacuation processes will be in place.

All five toilet areas also include disabled toilets or have disabled access

Seating:

Seating is available throughout the mall, in the food court and within our eateries

Wheelchairs:

If a customer requires a wheelchair our staff will be able to assist any visitors who notify us 24 hours in advance to avail of a centre’s wheelchair for the duration of their visit

Safety:

Fairhill is patrolled by security guards on a daily basis.

CCTV:

The centre and car parks are fully covered by CCTV to ensure you, and your belongings are kept safe at all times

Smoke Free Zone:

The Centre, including external entrance and exit areas belonging to the Centre, are smoke-free zones (this includes vaping).

Children:

Baby changing rooms are available throughout the centre.

Changing rooms:

They feature in public convenience areas on the Ground Floor on the Next Mall; First Floor Food Court; and on the First Floor in M&S

Soft Play:

Time to enjoy play time all day every day! Our Stay and Play Soft Play Area can be found at our kid’s corner outside Next & New Look. Designed to keep the kids entertained during your shopping trip!

Suitable for children aged 5 & under. FREE entry.

At our shopping centre, we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our customers. In order to maintain this atmosphere, we do not allow pets within the centre, with the exception of service animals. Service animals are trained to assist individuals with disabilities and are essential to their wellbeing.
